Daughter lives just around the corner, she comes over & looks after them.
My Mette's going to stay with her parents all summer, so I'll be coming with her.

Us cats... me, Felix, Sasha, and Max travel with my pet parents to Montauk. We love to go out on the deck and relax!!!! We're pretty bad in the car though....Oscar
When we travel, we have a friend stay at our house with Greyson. He is much happier at home and I know he will be safe and well cared for.
Mom already took a few days off. She has the Asian cat lady come over and take care of us. We are spoiled rotten when mom's away.
Mom and Dad are going to Disneyland for a few days at the end of the month for dad's 40th birthday. A good friend of mom's is going to come and take care of us.
If I go anywhere, whether it's just to my mom's or across the country, I will leave Sandy at home. She is not a traveller like Squeakers was, she screams her head off if we go to the vet (well, who could blame her) or even out on the patio. I will have my friend Jen come up and feed her, etc.
Foster mom has a fantastic pet sitter who comes over to our house and take care of us fosters and the two resident kitties Joe and Marlee. We love to stay home when foster mom travels or when foster mom and dad go away for a few days. Our pet sitter is so wonderful that some times she even takes some of us fosters that need extra attention to her house so that we can get more interaction and love when our foster parents aren't available. It is pretty special!!!

We're taking day trips, so we'll be able to take of her ourselves. If we do go away overnight, we always have a pet sitter come. The pet sitter loves her, and she loves the pet sitter!

Our hairless, two-legged pride members are taking us hairy four-legged vertically challanged ones on a real adventure.
We are full time RVers. and are adapting better than the hairless ones! While we lounge in the sun and watch the world, they seem so nervous as to how we are doing! Why dont they just lay in the sun too? pppuuuurrrr
We still stand guard at night keeping the vikings, trolls and gnomes away, ppuurr.

I like traveling with my folks. We go every where in our RV and Susie and I like being with the family.
When my Mommy and Daddy go away my big human brother stays with me. He's takes good care of me,but I still miss my Mommy and Daddy.

Daddy watches us. Because of his schedule, he never gets time off. Bad for daddy, good for mama's conscience when she goes to Virginia to see Harry Potter Movie 6! ;0)
My owners are going on a vacation in the middle of July, to Disneyland and other places in Cali. For 2 weeks. When they're usually gone, they get our grandpa (who coincidentally lives next door) to come and take care of us.
I will be going to the boarding cattery near where I live. I get to stay with Auntie Angie and Uncle John, who run the cattery. My mummy has no worries about leaving me as my mummy helps out at the cattery every Wednesday and this is where she found out about me. I am loved, fed well, secure and if I get poorly medical 24 hour attention, and this gives my mummy piece of mind when she is away on holiday.
My older children will look after my kitties while Im away.. hopefully they wont furget to feed them..
Yep, Furmily members will be babysitting and hopefully not teasing us. Sometimes the older adult kids can be problematic.
My little Mayhem will be watched by her uncle and aunt and many others in my absence and will be probably spoiled senseless!
we split vacations. He goes to visit family, I work and take care of the fur children. Then when I have to go somewherem, he takes care of them
We have great neighbours who take care of us if mum's away. One of their cats is my kitten and it was our neighbour Ron who originally rescued me. All us cats like Ron and Linda and we always run to greet them when they come over for coffee.
Right now meomwy can not be without her furry boy so I'll be put in the carrier for a long ride! BUT I get so much treats and attention when we get to where we are going

Mommy and Daddy's idea of a vacation is a long day away from the house. If needed they have a petsitter come over and take care of me, Kira and Sadie Boo. Normally they take Sophie Bean with them which makes it a vacation for me, MOL!
I usually have my neighbors keep an eye on all 16 animals and never gone more than 3 days.
My family takes staycations, day trips, as they worry about us being home alone or kenneled.
Momma & Dad rarely take vacations, but when they do, they either take us to our Aunt Kaye's or they bring Kaye to us. That way, they can enjoy themselves and know that we are well cared for in their absence. Momma has tried pet sitters in the past, but there were a few episodes of us not being cared for the way she would like, so she no longer trusts anyone but Aunt Kaye.

My human's haven't been on vacation together since they got me!
My mum has been away for one weekend and that's it. We even have my dad's parents living next door and they still won't leave us! That's the way I like it ;-)

We are going on vacation later this summer. We are boarding Cat at a Vet made entirely for cats, and we got her the big suite, not a tiny cage!

Once Willow is back to good health, then I will resume with my vacation plans. I have a trip booked to Italy, to visit my sister, but I am going to have to cancel it, so I can stay home and continue to care for Willow...you see we have been battling Liver disease for over a month now and he is coming along, but unless he is back to pure health, I will not leave him home. His grandma, my mother, lives with us, so she cares for the boys when I am away, which is usually only a couple of times a year. She is very good to them, so I never have to worry, unless she ends up in the hospital, which did happen in February, so I am always a worry wart, after the fact.
My mama went to Iowa a week ago. I stayed at my grandma's house with my little sister and aunt Haley and Uncle Squirt and grandma's friend fed us and stuff. I went to Iowa when I was little for my grandpa's funeral and I behaved wonderfully for the entire 10 hour cat trip. Now I can't stand riding in a car for even 3 minutes.
Always feels like a vacation at home! :)
I leave my cats & dog being watched by a sweet friend who brings along her 5 dogs. It certainly is a festive holiday for them!
